Submit this form to request deletion of your Qide account and associated personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.
Before you continue: You can also delete your account directly through the Qide app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel that separately through your app store.
